Last year, UDA employees rolled up their sleeves and gave back to the community in meaningful and impactful ways. From lifesaving donations to hands-on service projects, our team embraced the spirit of volunteerism across a variety of causes.

• Saving lives: Employees generously donated blood during our Vitalant on-site blood drives, contributing to critical healthcare needs in our region.

• Fighting hunger locally: In partnership with United Food Bank, teams packed emergency food bags to support individuals and families facing food insecurity.

• Supporting women: UDA employees also partnered with Women4Women Tempe to assemble feminine hygiene kits for low-income and homeless women—meeting a vital need often overlooked.

• Keeping Tempe beautiful: Our team took to the streets as part of the Tempe Adopt-a-Street program, working together to clean up litter and keep our local roadways beautiful and safe.

Altogether, UDA employees proudly served nearly 200 volunteer hours! A reflection of our values in action and our ongoing dedication to supporting the communities we call home.
