Turning yesterday’s byproducts into tomorrow’s nourishment. United Dairymen of Arizona proudly diverts 99.6 percent of our waste from landfills through reuse and repurposing. Our farms feed cows brewers grains, a protein-rich byproduct of beer brewing. We also use Mother Lactose Liquor (MLQ), a leftover from lactose processing, to nourish calves and heifers at our member farms.
