This year, we’re changing how we collect FARM Environmental Stewardship (ES) surveys.
Previously, surveys were submitted through Microsoft Forms. Moving forward, we’ll be using the official FARM program’s fillable PDF.

Important: Please download the survey to complete it. Be sure to use the Feed Options Guide when filling out the feed section of the FARM ES evaluation.
