History of United Dairymen of Arizona

United Dairymen of Arizona was founded on January 1, 1960, when Arizona Milk Producers and Arizona Dairymen’s League officially merged. The merger came about after many late night meetings and hard work to put together a plan for dairy farmers to take responsibility for their ‘crop’ of milk. It was scary and unfamiliar, but from the humble beginnings UDA has since proved itself to be one of the most successful dairy farmer cooperatives in the United States.
